Weddings… wow, they are such a great occasion to be included in.

We had such a great time at Jen & Alan’s wedding in Napier, the weather was perfect, we found so many wonderful locations and we captured beautiful images of their day, We started at a near by farm that had some gorgeous old trees and before heading to the beach we stoped at a train track where the ocean & sky provided a great background.

When photographing a wedding I like to create a mix of images that are romantic, playful and elegant. I am constantly looking for little details and emotions that will tell a story and show the true essence of the day.

Some people say they are a little nervous about having their photos taken, so I suggest, if this is how you feel then look at having some engagement portraits taken with your wedding photographer. You will feel more relaxed on the day and see it is not that bad after all.
